Finding the right frequency for a hardening process can mean tackling a whole range of problems. As changing the frequency is a laborious process, a new converter has been developed which permits the frequency to be adjusted and modified steplessly, for instance using a CNC program, while the heating process takes place. This allows the hardening process to be adjusted to the circumstances of the workpiece with a variety of frequencies.
