On January 15th, 2016 PJSC LUKOIL has informed that the PetroLight Company won the tender for the supply of fiberoptic monitoring systems for water steam injection wells with the equipment delivery in June this year. The systems will be applied on the oil fields developed by LLC LUKOIL-Komi, a LUKOIL subsidiary enterprise. Being one of the largest oil & gas vertical integrated companies in Europe and accounting for over 2 % of global crude production, PJSC LUKOIL will be the first enterprise to start the widespread implementation of the PetroLight Complex Well Monitoring System based on fiber-optic technologies. This event marked a new step on the way of products’ diversification of the Moscow-based PetroLight-OMEGA consortium.
