Heat treatment for aluminium strip production

The production of aluminium strip requires heat treatment at several steps. For heat treatment of aluminium strip like homogenising or recrystallisation after rolling Multi-Coil Furnaces or the flexible and spacesaving Single-Coil Lifting Hearth Furnace can be used acc. to the different requirements. In the Single-Coil Lifting Hearth Furnace individual coils can be automatically annealed at maximum temperature. Charging of the coil is carried out directly from casting machine, rolling mill or from the storage facility without operator's interference. The individual processing of the strip results in an energy saving production and a precise production planning.
