Optimization of debinding using experiment-based computational concepts
Debinding causes quality problems with manufacturing of many ceramic components. A systematic approach is presented to solve debinding problems using a careful analysis of the initial situation, a customized measuring concept and experiment-based simulations. User apps are developed which enable the operator to optimize debinding cycles for various component shapes.
