Customers from Romania often require a single heat treatment furnace for a wide range of heat treatment processes, in order to be able to load it permanently at full capacity. This furnace has to obtain good uniformities both for low temperatures (max. 700°C) and high temperatures (max. 1100°C), without additional recirculation equipment for the furnace atmosphere. This can be accomplished either by upgrading an existing furnace or by building a new one. The subsystems that make these performances possible are the burning & automation systems and the furnace insulation.
