Conventional temperature measuring methods provide insufficient information about the temperatures of the material being processed during heat treatment. In order to optimize operation of furnace facilities, comprehensive temperature information about the material is needed. This can only be obtained with the use of mathematical heating models. Based on numerous measurements and years of operating experience, our in-house R&D department was able to develop a practical heating model (TREAT perfect) usable in industrial conditions.
